Blood Red Skies B-26B Marauder squadron

Blood Red Skies B-26B Marauder squadron

The B-26 Marauder was a fast medium bomber with clean aerodynamic lines, all-metal construction and two R-2800 Double Wasp radial engines.

Marauders initially had a high accident rate as its speed and small wings made it difficult to fly. Improved training and a wing redesign rectified this and by the end of WW2 the Marauder had the lowest loss rate of any U.S. Army Air Force bomber. Over five thousand Marauders were built and it served in the European, Mediterranean and Pacific theatres.

Note: a copy of the Air Strike! supplement is needed to use multi-engine aircraft in Blood Red Skies.

Contains three Warlord Resin Martin B-26 bombers plus game accessories.

Models supplied unassembled and unpainted
